A seasoned entrepreneur with six successful start-ups to her name, she is also a well established consultant with over 20 years of experience. She has worked with organizations ranging from start-ups through Fortune 1000 companies.
As President of The Weklar Consulting Group, she founded an international firm providing Strategic Business Consulting, Performance Optimization and Integrated Marketing Solutions for companies in industries as diverse as high tech through professional services. She has offices on both the west and east coasts.
Diane has an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a B.A. in Economics. She has lectured extensively and wrote numerous articles for organizations including the American Bar Association, American Marketing Association, ASEE, IEEE, and the Professional Services Marketing Association. In addition to holding a Board position with the Business Resource Connection, she is Programming Chair for the American Marketing Association-Inland Empire and a mentor with the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center.
