About the Speakers:
Judy Johnson is the founder and lead principal of The Brand Partnership, a marketing, brand strategy and public relations consultancy based in Los Angeles, California. A senior executive in the marketing and communications industry with more than 35 years’ experience, Judy has worked in-house as a CMO, in leadership roles at several global agencies, and now as the head of her own company. Judy founded The Brand Partnership to directly work with C-suite clients in the areas of brand strategy, marketing, and public relations in late 2016. Judy serves as the lead strategist for her clients in developing meaningful, distinctive and ownable brand communications. Work includes research, positioning, brand strategy, identity, voice, marketing, and public relations. Judy understands we live in an omni-channel world and helps her clients build awareness, trial, and advocacy across a wide variety of channels. Judy was previously the Chief Marketing Officer for Caruso, a leading real estate development and retail company led by Rick Caruso and Western Region President of Golin in the 20 years prior to starting her own business. Clients have included Amazon, Casa Pacifica, Cold Stone Creamery, Disney, Dole, Farmer John, Kaiser Permanente, Mamba Academy, McDonald’s, Princess Cruises, Spring Education Group, Toyota, University of Redlands, Yahoo!, and dozens of others. Judy holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and has been an adjunct professor at USC for several years.
